This gives us a great opportunity to discuss any issues relating to our fibro at a more leisurely pace, rather than the hurried pre-coffee time.
So if you have any information or questions you would like to share, this is the forum for you.
To follow this we will spend a short relaxation session learning how to relax and go home ready for a wonderful night’s sleep, just what the doctor ordered.
