MyThornbury newsletter
Each month, over a thousand people living in and around Thornbury receive an email newsletter from us, letting them know what's new on MyThornbury - new competitions, new events, and new things to see and do.
If you'd like to be one of them, simply use the form on the right to send us your email address.
Here's the latest newsletter:
Hi everyone,
Spring is on its way - honest! The weather might not have realised, but the rest of us are ready to get out and about...
Why not try your luck in our new competitions - there's a season ticket to Berkeley Castle to be pocketed - imagine the fun of letting your family roam around a castle as often as you like!
Or, revel in some great song and dance classics, with a pair of tickets to the opening night of Half a Sixpence, the musical that gave star status to a young Tommy Steele.
To get you moving, there's the offer of a free fitness class with Natasha Leschinski at the Armstrong Hall and new Puddleducks classes for the little ones - see the Fitness and Leisure Section for details.
Thornbury Rotary are making a Big Splash with their 25th fundraising Swimarathon - so jump in with a few friends and help support their Jubilee.
Then when you feel you've earned a pie and a pint, head to the Wheatsheaf Inn, where they're celebrating National Pie week and St Patrick's Day in traditional style...
And remember your Mum when it's Mothers Day on March 14th – many of our local hotels and restaurants are offering special menus. See the events calendar for ideas to spoil her.
Please forward this newsletter to anyone who might be interested, and if you have ideas for future content, do let us know. Click here to get in touch.
Best wishes,
Claire
