It’s official!


Yesterday the Thornbury In Bloom team came back from the South West In Bloom presentation with 7 awards!

The most prestigious of which was “The Sponsors Trophy” for THE BEST ENTRY IN THE WHOLE OF THE SOUTH WEST!

We also won GOLD in our class and the “Sargent Cup” for the best in our class. [Beating the giants of St Ives and Sidmouth!!]

We won a RHS discretionary award for interpretation of the competition theme “Local Roots” and...

We had 4 Neighbourhood awards:

Manorbrook Primary, The Catholic Church and The Community Garden won “Awards of Merit” and LITTER BUSTERS won an award of “Outstanding Achievement”
