Almondsbury Primary School is situated in a most pleasant setting. The oldest part opened in 1894 and is now a listed building, and there are two newer sections. We have extensive grounds including two playgrounds and a large field, where we have installed a lovely gazebo.
The children are extremely talented and well behaved, excelling in sport and music. Our Healthy School ethos transcends the whole school and our kitchen offers a great selection of meals. The staff have high expectations of the children, who enjoy coming to school to learn and develop. The staff work collaboratively to ensure the children gain the best opportunities and experiences to ensure quality learning occurs.
We have a very strong Parents Association who work tirelessly to raise funds for school and support school developments.
We look forward to welcoming new and old parents, children and the community to enjoy events that take place at Almondsbury.
