Once again, a limited amount of venison from the Deer Park is being made available on sale through the season.
Orders are being taken on a "First Come - First Served" basis in convenient boxes: the "Squire" at £30 and the "Earl" at £50. Boxes contain Sausages and Burgers and different cuts of meat.
There will be two sales this year, a Michaelmas collection (29th September) and a Christmas collection (15th December) for pre ordered boxes. If demand is there, a possible February collection may be considered. Venison must be pre-ordered.
