Severn Barrage Televised Debate
ITV West is hosting a televised debate on the proposed Severn Barrage.
On the panel, to be confirmed, is the Government Minister for Energy Malcolm Wicks, the Chief Executive of the Environment Agency Baroness Young and Martin Spray from the Wetlands and Wildfowl Trust. It's taking place at Slimbridge in Gloucestershire on Friday 25th January, in front of a studio audience of 200 people. There will be an opportunity for selected audience members to ask questions of the panel. It begins at 7.30pm, and the event should finish around 9.30pm. It will be televised the following week in the ITV West region on Thursday night's political show The West This Week. Political Editor and Presenter of The West This Week Bob Constantine will be hosting the debate. There is free parking and refreshments will be available.
