Ben Halliday has been appointed as Head Chef of the recently re-launched Carriages restaurant at Alveston House Hotel near Thornbury.
Ben says "We want to build on our excellent menu and give guests an even better dining experience. The creation of a herb garden to source our own ingredients is one of the ways we are going forward."
