Learn to Power Walk
Do you like Walking? Did you know that Power walking is becoming one of the most popular sports in UK with health benefits that match jogging or running?
Sara Goldhawk is an experienced Power Walker and she invites you to a 2 hour training session where you can learn “Techniques and Tips” to help you get the most out of your Walking.
It doesn’t matter how fast or fit you are - this training will suit all! Training to be held at Thornbury Leisure Centre on Sunday 11th Nov 2007. £10 per person for 2 hours training and reference handouts. To book your place ring Sara on 01454 413115.
