Thornbury Community Garden Group are looking for green-fingered volunteers to grow bedding plants indoors or in greenhouses, to donate to the new garden in Spring. The Group will provide all materials (seeds, compost, pots/trays, etc) so no costs will be borne by volunteers. They also welcome any surplus plants you would like to donate.
The new Garden will be created on Upper Bath Road, next to the new community centre in the Cattle Market. The whole site including the Garden is due to open in April, by which time the Garden Group will have just a basic garden design.
