Woody the Clydesdale draft horse has come back to Old Down Country Park to a comfortable retirement. Woody previously worked in the woodland at Old Down hauling out tree trunks for the charcoal burning operation and is looking forward to meeting visitors again. Woody is now the largest animal at the park - standing 17.3 hands high and weighing 750 kilograms!
