An evening of Fashion and Jazz at the Armstrong Hall in Thornbury has raised over £3000 for Cancer Research. The evening was organised by Thornbury Rotary and Inner Wheel Clubs in conjunction with the local branch of Cancer Research UK.
Jean Ford of “Just In” who provided the fashions compered the show and introduced the mannequins who were all volunteers and included members of the three organisations involved. Alan Spedding Jazzmen provided the music before and after the fashion show, which was attended by over two hundred people.
