Thornbury Community Garden, just behind Turnberrie's, is entirely run by volunteers and has recently re-opened and is working hard with a depleted band of helpers. The volunteers there are currently struggling as someone has stolen their plastic compost bin!
If anyone has a spare compost bin that they could donate they would be very grateful, or if anyone could make them a wooden one with a base it would look even better. Please get in touch with Sue Aitken if you can help.
