Local Eatery Advertises Perfect Job for Food Lovers!

A local eatery is on the hunt for groups of passionate food connoisseurs to join a prestigious tasting panel that will provide feedback on the restaurant's new menu launches throughout the year.

The Masons Arms on Gloucester Road in Rudgeway wants groups of 8-10 local residents who really knows their food to help critique the menu not only on its taste, but also aroma, flavour and texture.

Perhaps you can tell the difference between a sirloin, rump and rib-eye steak... even when blindfolded?

Or you love cooking so much that your spice collection outnumbers your CD collection and your shelves are filled to the brim with the latest recipe books?

If this sounds like you and your friends, the Masons Arms wants to know.

The chosen 'foodies' will take part in seasonal tasting sessions alongside other selected panellists, and all tasting sessions will take part at the recently refurbished Masons Arms, which has benefited from a £400,000 makeover.

Manager of the Masons Arms, Rick Stephens, comments:

"As an eatery that is passionate about food, we strive to serve only the best dishes available.

Our new taste testing panels will be providing feedback on our menus which will hopefully tell us we’ve got it spot on, or if not, allow us to shape and adapt our dishes for future menus.

Although there are worse jobs in life this certainly isn’t a case of an easy way to get a free meal!

We want our chosen taste tester to really know their food and be someone who would rather watch the latest cookery programme on the TV instead of X-Factor or Big Brother."
