A cooking demonstration at Thornbury Farmers Market to show what is available at our Farmers Market and what can be achieved with the products.

The event will promote the Farmers Market, which takes place on the first and third Thursdays of each month. It will also promote the use of local food by Ronnie's Restaurant, and the benefits of local food: cutting down food miles, quality of products, animal welfare and husbandry issues.

The morning will include three demonstrations of 30 or 40 minutes in duration, and is free to the public, with samples.

The event is sponsored by Ronnie's Restaurant, South Glos Council, Thornbury Farmers Market and St Mary Centre.
