Christmas ‘Bird in Bird Pye’ Cookery Day Course
Dec 21st, 22nd and 23rd evenings, and 23rd and 24th mornings

A December Festive Special day course (£120 per person), which will enable the more adventurous cook to create a traditional festive speciality - a turkey, stuffed with a chicken, stuffed with a pork tenderloin, to produce a wonderful single carved selection on a plate.

At the end of the course you can take home your fresh ‘Pye’ ready for the big day.

Berwick offers accommodation packages for students who require a luxury overnight stay.
