Avon Wildlife Trust (Thornbury Group): Wild Boars in the Forest of Dean
7.30pm at Old Bakery Annexe, Armstrong Hall, Chapel Street, Thornbury

Illustrated talk by Ian Harvey.

Don’t miss this chance to find out the Wild Boar’s history, ecology and impact on this ancient woodland, and the Forestry Commission’s management strategy. Ian Harvey is the chief ranger for the Forest of Dean.

The Armstrong Hall complex on Chapel Street in Thornbury offers two venues: the Cossham Hall (capacity 140), and the main Armstrong Hall (capacity 350). Nearby free parking is available at St Mary Street (limited to 2 hours stay before 6pm), and at Rock Street.
